From an FA standpoint, you will want to avoid SAVLY. They were the first commercially available Telephony Billing system so that is why they had an advantage.

Their product is below average and support is marginal. But the major reason to avoid them is that LU just purchased their major competition (Kenan Systems) last week. Kenan has a better product and when you combine that with LU's sales ability, it will be difficult for SAVLY to survive.

Great reply from Hardline on SAVLY. I have nothing to add.

LV? P&F? Great combo. Might I suggest June 6-9, which is the LV Money Show. Lots of interesting topics and talks. And many offers of free admission. Might see some new faces from fellow p&f-ers.

Just a thought. I plan to be there anyway.
