Please bear with me on this. I a previous post you indicated that you were using an LS-120. Are you using it with WinNT? If so why can't you install enough of WinNT on a LS-120 disk so that you could boot from it?

Not.....this most recent burst of OS protection talk was very productive for me. Less confusing than previuosly so I must be learning something which for me is what I'm really after. I enjoy learning this stuff. trying to keep up with you guys has become a major goal in my life personally and I believe BigBoy appreciates all the attention<g>

ok thats my plan. I like the way the original KOT has evolved into a more comprehensive envelope of recovery resources. You and Spots are really a great team.

How do you get there?

I'll use the NT Disk Manager as much as possible. Then finish up with PM. I want exposure to both.
I'm sure I'll have specific questions later.
