I am very excited about a NASDAQ listing shortly. The new and improved shares are going to be worth $$$$$(IMO). I'm also thinking of the added value of the new shares due to this hitting the wires(see below), not to mention the company's other ventures. I want to thank you for this info you posted the other day. The following is a copy of your post: "PanAmerican Healthcorp - Expanding at unbelievable speed. Following is a recap of a portion of my telephone conversation of Thursday, January 14th. PanAmerican Bancorp will have a new technical subsidiary shortly which will be headed by the former head programmer for General Motors. The base product of the subsidiary will be the Rx2000 software package which will be made up of lots of different medical applications. It will be a computer software company with possible computer networking. PanAmerican Healthcorp just started a new joint venture with a company called Cash Flow Intervention. It provides a steady cash flow to medical offices for a percentage of the revenues. For example, a medical clinic might receive $100,000 one month, $200,000 the next month and $300,000 the following month in receivables. This new program would give the medical clinic $200,000 each month over the course of several months in return for a percentage, say 5 - 10%. Within 24 hours of this venture they signed up Garden City Chiropractics of Garden City, NY to this program. They are quite certain they will get into Boston University Hospital with the program. The company has also started another joint venture with a company called Health Care Automation which is a Clearing House for third party billings. The joint venture is temporary because PanAmerican Healthcorp will start its own Clearing House company shortly. It will provide total billing and management services for medical personnel with rapid speed billing from the medical service provider directly to the insurance company. The Electronic Superbill program uses a computer-like device that will allow a doctor to touch different billing diagnoses with a pen-like device. The doctor can work at home, at the office, or wherever. The device is extremely portable. All billings will be done through PanAmerican Healthcorp for a percentage. The doctor or medical provider will maximize billings based on all allowable diagnoses. PanAmerican Healthcorp is hiring an army of salespeople to go forth with all these programs and the new Patient Alliance organization throughout the country."
