HELLO EVERYONE!

We all are fully aware of the play here:

BUY THE PARENT CO. of an impending IPO spinoff (see MALL/UBID; DBCC/MKTW)and garner returns of over 100% in a short amount of time.

I just wanted to surmise what should be the scenario unfolding here:

Navarre's CEO, Eric Paulson, realizes that millions of dollars are at stake here and that a extremely high number of people either already are or will be playing NAVR for the IPO hype play.

That being said: the float in NAVR makes this Hype/manipulation even an easier play.

Everyone who plays NAVR. is in it for at least a 100 - 300% profit play (MALL $8 - $63; DBCC $8 - $45; NAVR $9 - ??)which means more and more shares are taken out of the rapidly dwindling float (6.6 million shares), people are no longer interested in 10%, 20% or 30% returns with these IPO plays!

Also, people are willing to risk more to make more.

E.g. if you made $2,000 on a $1,000 investment in MALL, and then made $6,000 on a $$2,000 investment in DBCC, why not risk $10,000 to make $30,000 in NAVR?

The systems seems to be working!

I am not saying this is going to happen, of course, but human nature teases us into believing: Why didn't I invest more, I knew it would go up a lot further, I could have made so much more?

My point?

That the "human greed factor" is NAVR's ally: As soon as CNBC mentions Navrre's Netradio spinoff repeatedly, speculators will absorb the remaining float and NAVR stock price will surge dramatically!

(consider yourself lucky if you are already long NAVR)

CEO, Eric Paulson knows that, the MM know that, as well as the investment bankers of the IPO. (there are litterally hundreds of millions of dollars at risk).

IMHO - NAVARRE will not allow this play to die this early, there is way too much money to be made by all the insiders involved.

Do valuations matter? Certainly not!(we have seen that in MALLs or DBCCs cases)

Will the hype drive NAVRs shareprice higher from here? Undoubtedly!

When should you get out? THAT IS THE POTENTIALLY MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION!

And most definitely something each and everyone of us needs to decide for themselves, but the upside in NAVR is tremendous from here and will "line" a lot of people's pocket for years to come.

You can bet, Paulson will sell a lot of his shares at an incredible profit!

I know I don't have to tell you that all of this is a HUGE gamble, but one that is certainly worth taking for me.

IMHO

BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Rico

p.s. REMEMBER, THE FLOAT IS DWINDLING EVERY SINGLE DAY, THE MEDIA WILL DO THE REST FOR NAVR LONGS!!!!!

see you all in the thrities or forties soon! GO NAVR!!!
