Slow down a little. In the next few weeks as the details evolve you will have most of your questions answered. Tyler was under a "Technical Contract" for the last two years; I am not sure what will be available since that contract is no longer binding. You can be assured that most of the people Tyler worked with would be willing to follow him to this company; but remember there are different stages needed in production. 1) Will it work - I assume that question has been answered 2) Can it be made cheaply enough to be competitive? -- that will take fabrication of some wafer within a certain design matrix. 3) Design -- what can be built? These are just a few of the ways he needs to go. I can only guess, but the announcement will allow Tyler and ECD to pursue some of these questions with an ability to negotiate.
