Well, Maxx with the class periods nearly expired its looking like the nuisance suits will be dismissed on their face... the stock never did collapse, management has increased participation and we are fine in the assets department. Its nice to see K-TEL hold up so well under the gun. I think many Amazon, eBay and Egghead longs will start looking for value here soon, and other good news lurks.
