Getting listed on the Nasdaq is not or at least should not be a main priority at this time. At the price that this Co. is trading at now we would have to see a 30 to 1 reverse to make the requirements. And hold that price. I don't think investors would be to happy to see something like that happen. They way a Co. gets listed on the Nasdaq or any other major market is to grow to a point where earnings drive the stock price up to the satisfactory level. Most reverse splits fail miserably. Reverse is a dirty word in my dictionary.

Regards

Welcome, Denson. Glad to have you aboard, you seem to have done some good DD.
MJ is not just making Pallets, He is also making machinery to make pallets ( and possibly other plastics) in a new, most economical way.
These are BIG machinery systems and bring BIG revenues. No problem with the number of shares, the earnings will match 'em. Just give it a little time. JMHO

Hi Don,

Welcome aboard. I will appreciate reading a new investor's opinion on this companies prospects...I respectfully disagree about contemplation of a RS...IMHO, the investment community almost without exception views a reverse split as a bankruptcy of sorts....Takes a TON of positive INFO/NEWS to keep a RS from backfiring on you...I feel this would be absolutely a huge red flag and will/should be avoided AT ALL COSTS...Take care Don, and good luck Michael John( still long and strong)...
