the risk was if MKTW opened at $350.00 to $ 500.00 per shre which might justify a $ 35.00 DBCC valuation anything lless and you could buy enough MKTW to hedge your short in DBCC..Since not even the public is that insane it seemd like the easiest thing in the world...

DBCC is currently valued at 11 bucks anything above 20 is a short and since I believe MKTW is gonna crap-out on Tusesady and will never see 100 vbucks again I think it is a no brainer...If DBCCwent to 60 and MKTW was at 100 or 150 ..you had an immediate arbitrage situation.. NO RISK...period..it a sophisticated equation but it still holds water and we saw it work perfectly...Text Book Arbitrage,..I had no confidence in MKTW and still think its a joke and when the President came on TV.,,,,I thought he was so slimy ..I couldnt resist but laugh my ass off..
