Look, who cares? I certainly don't. I made great money these last two weeks. When I hit the "sell" button on AMZN at 183 I had purchased 8 days earlier for 109 1/4. I took the profits and bought more EMC at 91, which closed yesterday at 100, up 6 on the day. These arguments about the net stocks are nonsense. Trade these things! On Weds. I bought Yhoo on a limit order of 337 and blew out when I got to the office for 52 points. I could care less about all these arguments. Let's talk strategy!! This endless gas about the funamdentals is boring as hell!! And quoting Abelson is sheer nonsense!! The only person with a worse track record is Jim Grant. Get real, start trading. There is far too much idle prattle on this thread. And one final note: AMZN has killed more shorts than Meyer Berman has shorted stocks! So, beware the short side(my favorite side of any trade, BTW).
