Tony: I like your reasoning on IMON but I just want to comment on it:

I think some people will be willing to shell out the $49 for this product if it can really help them surf the web easier and smarter. A lot of people get a free SPreadsheet program with their computer but they still buy Microsoft's excel because it works better and has some nicer features. The same will be true with this product. Not everyone will get it but some people will.

I don't think that Webzinger is their big product money maker down the line though. The SellON stream product will be an e-commerce bonanza for them
ALso, The CEO of ImaginOn, David Schwartz, co-holds a patent ("Transformational Database Processing and Playback" or TDPP) which contains 34 proprietary claims on an innovative way to organize internet search results so they can be presented to a user in a real-time, interactive (user-directed) video/audio stream. This may have so many uses that I can't even begin to mention them here

In the short term I think the stock will rise, especially if news is released. I hear that a Beta verison of the product Webzinger 6.0 is coming out on Monday night. If a press release comes out with it then watch out on Tuesday. The stock is already noticed and the release will make it fly.
I do plan on selling before or on the release date of the 29th. I think we will get a big spike on or close to that date and that's when I'll sell it, hopefully at a much much higher price.
Then I will re-evaluate the stock and look for a dip to get back in. Also after the product is out I'll be able to get a better idea on just how good the product really is and also maybe by then we'll know of more deals with some other companies.
I hear a deal with SUN could be in the works using their technology but I can't confirm that at all. I've heard that they have talked with SUN and that SUN convinced them to use a JAVA platform for their technology and software. Just so happens that's what SUN uses. HMM. Maybe something is really brewing there.

As for a trading strategy. Would I buy it if it gaps open to say 12 or 15 or some other ridiculous number. No. I would wait for a dip but I would try and get in sometime during tuesday or this week so I can ride it through the news of the 29th release.

Good luck to us on this one. It could be the big one we all wait for.
