Thank you for suggesting the movie "Ponette" to me, X. I really enjoy movies that make me cry. I assume it is on video--I will hunt for it the next time I go. Incidentally, I have a movie which I thought was wonderful for children about death. It is called "Rocket Gibralter", and is about a bunch of children who gather at the summer home when their grandfather is dying. It is an American movie, about ten to fifteen years old. Also pretty suitable for children, and important for them to see. Please let me know if you see it--I would be curious to know what you think. It is poignant, but also has some humor in it, as I recall.
