as many here have expressed, PR is only the "form", The "substance' of DGIV is that the story/the business fundamentals are getting better with signed contracts. While the "form"undeniably needs improvement, the value of the company lies in its "substance". As it gets more contracts, its value will increase. At the beginning of December(one month ago), if we know that by the end of December , we would get a Middle East deal and by the beginning of january, we would get a China deal, with the potential of more to follow, we would be happy.Also, one month ago, if we know that a DGIV partner feels that an option price of 1.5 is good, we would be happy. As DGIV gets more contracts, its 'form' will get better since if nothing else, it will get plenty of practice at putting out the right kind of PRs.
