Dr Jay,
Thanks. I'll follow up again with the broker on their next working day.

By the way ArchivalCD has special interest to me because in my job with an aerospace company, I have worked with microfilm for many years. It was imposed on us by government contract requirements back in 1962 and to some extent was embraced for our internal document reduction use. Over this time the company has created archival documents on 16mm, 35mm & 105mm microfilm in formats such as roll and mounted aperture cards. Information retrieval in this form however is not very efficient. Recently my company has digitized images from the microfilm and the information images (drawings) are now available on-line for our internal users.

I can see where the ArchivalCD scheme could be attractive to many companies with document archival requirements, dependent of course on cost, timeliness, and system retrievability.
