TC2000 has formulas for "Price as Percentage of 52 Week High,"
and "Price as Percentage of 52 Week Low" in its Personal Criterion
Library: Technicals. These formulas are available for EasyScan.

I am more interested in "Price as Percentage of 52 Week Range,"
where Range is (High - Low). When this number is 0, it is at 52 Week
Low; when this number is 100, it is at 52 Week High.

The formula for "Price as Percentage of 52 Week Range" is
(C - MINC250) / (MAXC250 - MINC250) * 100

In EasyScan, this PCF has a blue column presentation. Pick the left radio button for value. Adjust the top and bottom for the desired price interval, for example, 87 for 87% at top of the blue column, 21 for 21% at bottom of the blue column.
