Just my two cents but I get worried whenever cash rich companies do financings. It is like saying that they don't think the price will be higher in the future so we better get some money now well the price of the stock is high. The last time I saw this was when ESX (ESSEX)did a private placement at .45 (they were at .50) when they had over $10 million. They have dropped every since and are now at .29. Best Regards KEITH
