Partytime: I'm not sure why you feel that your "I'm long" post is the one that broke the morotorium.

The post that broke the morotorium was the header for the new thread. Not only did you write a post, you started a whole new thread!

I've been entirely reasonable - for example, when you accidently posted a PM, I understood that. You e-mailed me about it, but it wasn't even necessary, as I understood what you had done was in error, and you noted it in the post.

But a post is a post is a post - whether it is a response in an existing thread, or the header to a new one. Had I started a new thread about ESVS or ZULU, would YOU have felt that that was not a violation?

You could have e-mailed me and asked me if I felt it would be a violation to start a new thread. But you didn't - you just did it and e-mailed an explanation.

Had you e-mailed me, I don't know how I would have responded. I might have said "yea, sure, go ahead". But, more likely, I think I would have suggested that you either wait another day (is that so long?) or else we should agree to end the morotorium early.

In any case, I don't think there was any ill-will in your breaking the agreement. You just did, it happened, and that ended the agreement.

Let's move on under the spirit of the post-moritorium agreement that we had discussed, and try to focus on discussing the company, and avoid personal attacks.
