Fix,
You hit the nail on the head again. Too much news out could lead to a change in material facts. That ends up delaying the listing and costs more money as the material changes would have to be filed and reviewed. Also, I would think it helpful to have some NR amunition to get the trading rolling and headed in the right direction on the TSE.

Yes Fix, I beleive TSE is part of the slow down, as well as
slowing down a takeover attempt.
