Jafco, It is rather clear that the proper financials have not been completed and it is rather clear to me that we are not a "fully reporting company" as was announced some time ago in error. That is my problem, I cannot believe any announcement from this company, and if I do, then I get disappointed later. How do you think that I feel when I hear of the President, CEO appointing shares for himself for technical advancements funded by the company and of which he has no clue. Jensen is not in any way technically oriented. Twiford is , but he is not. If Twiford developed the "catalyst" on company time, then he and Jensen have no valid claim to it and if they misappropriated shares in their collective behalf, then they need to be brought to court!! Simple as that. What is clear to me is there has been no appreciable progress in some time and perhaps they seek to quietly place the blame in other laps. It is also clear to me that Mr. McKay is their lap. I certainly hope that he is up to the task. Perhaps he is, but I do not know that. Jensen, clearly is in this for himself, and has no concern for us poor fools who have listened to him. I herewith call the sucker out!! Speak or run, Jensen!! Pissed off, Jack!!
