If I owned it, I would follow the P&F signals on SAVLY very closely. One advantage about being a billing software vendor is once you are in, it is very difficult to get you out.

Where SAVLY really made its killing is/was in the service bureau arena. Kenan never supported that model and many CLECs could/can not afford a large outlay of cash for the purchase of a system. LU has a large service bureau environment that they could add the Kenan software to.

I believe you will see SAVLY's sales decrease for the larger companies but they maybe able to sell more to the small and medium CLECs because LU will charge a premium for the Kenan product. Also they still have a large customer based that is paying maintenance. This will not go away overnight.

I owned SAVLY in '96/'97 until I saw their product in action.
