I'm using WebZinger to perform a search right now. I am having no problem surfing the Internet and doing other things on my computer while it searches for the topic I requested. I like this product. It has potential. It could easily be replicated, but IMON has the patents apparently.

Prosperous One: I see this technology is just reaching into the corporate market places who have already joined forces with their services provided over the Internet..DLJ Direct is one who has just developed a new software for their Customers giving Faster access to Trading, Portfolios and all Investment services.. A few startup companies are currently In the development stages bringing this type technology into the Business community. One is building a financial intranet utilizing video conferencing, the other is getting way ahead of any competition developing this technolgy into an Import/export webtool...We are seeing it in the Business community at a fast rate..
If the patent and trademark office has allowed all 34 claims contained in a patent application with its (IMON) method for " Database transformation and adaptive playback" They are in good shape..and may sell these patents for millions in the near future if necessary.

I see Webslinger 6.0 as being the equivalent. Just targeted at the Personal computer and individual user speeding up our internet functions and portals.(a large market in itself)

With AOL currently spending tons of money to gain better speeds and more efficient internet functionality and the Networkers striving to gain Market share(through aquisition and mergers) during this Technological outbreak, and seeing that the Markets will not hold up for long without broadening into the Mid and Small cap issues, and seeings how this small internet company seems to be going in the right direction with this Websinger Software technolgy, and holding Patents I see upside potential.

Anthony will get a reputation within the investment community shorting this small cap issue, one I am sure will Haunt him for a while..Only thing is he seems to forget the power of the individual investor (23 million in one day)...I am going to trade on the momentum as I have already taken profits and currently only hold 10% of that profit In this issue..Taking a wait and see attitude..If it goes up then I make out, If it goes down then a Buying opportunity once again...

Usually each version is better then the next, If webslinger is at stage 6.0 then I see why it is called the "supra search engine" Anthony and the Dogs have no access to this software and It is currently the Bulk of IMONs future earnings..so the Product is still yet to be tested and seen..and the Dogs are digging deep for their bones.

Internet access speeds and efficient transformation of the Data provided ( Particularly in the form of Visual communications) is a new Market sector in itself..I got in early because I invest in speculative issues $1 11/16th) and am not afraid to Jump on board again..

Goodluck to all

My question comes down to q question of ownership of the WeBZinger product; read carefully this PR:

<<ImaginOn, Inc. (f/k/a California Pro Sports, Inc.), formerly a marketer and distributor of sporting goods related products, is a
publicly-traded company that has executed an agreement to merge with ImaginOn.com, Inc. (f/k/a ImaginOn, Inc.) based in
San Carlos, California. The Company's stockholders have approved the proposed merger and the companies are completing
the customary paperwork necessary to effectuate the transaction.

ImaginOn.com, Inc. is a development stage company which engineers, produces and sells business and consumer software for
CD-ROM and network users, including: WebZinger, its product line of web research assistants; sellONstream, its e-commerce
software solution; and WorldCities 2000 ImaginOn.com's CD travel planners.>>

Seems to me this merger has not closed; I'd be a tad cautious if that is the case.
