Bob, I am not at all saying that. I don't want to keep beating a dead horse. Murphy has a hotline. He said nothing about XOMA on CNBC last night but on his own line he said what gonzalez and I have ben saying. It's recorded so he says it when you call. <VBG> He says it again if you did not believe it and call again but now he has said it at a different time.

I gave you examples to demonstrate that even zero deaths in the placebo group, which I and probably no one should expect, would NOT be grounds for stopping the trial. A specific number of dead are required before the trial can be halted. This number of dead was determined to be sufficient to provide statistical significance to the trial, for good or bad results.

I know you doubt it, and that was my point of my post to you. I am not interested in posting about this anymore. Felt obligation to post the info., and have done so. Can't tell if you are pulling my leg, and you really understand it, but if your not, stop doubting Thomas!
