But what, lolololol, might be the alternative conclusion that could be drawn from the facts as presented in the filings?

Well a thought did flit through that someone was making things up. Nah.

Remember: they just filed the K. Only a couple of weeks before the Q came out. A K has to be audited. Funny, isn't it, that no auditor is named? I thought you had to do that...

Curious about the audit... notice the date of the letter; July 17. Yet the filing took an additional 5 months. Kinda belies the excuse about negotiating with the SEC. Regarding the lack of name of the auditor; it appears to be a reputable report; the most likely explanation why the name was not included was that the auditing firm has not been paid. Generally, professional firms will sent a report stamped DRAFT along with the final invoice. Invoice not paid, no signature. Of course, that doesn't mean it is OK with the Commission.

Oh BTW,

The Company has initiated legal action in the federal courts in the seeking the cancellation of another 9,740,000 shares of common stock.

sec.gov

Subtracting out the 4 million shares to Mann/Oxford/DTC whoever et al, what are the other 5.7 million or so shares AZNT is trying to cancel?
