RE the Syquest news release. The necessity and timing was dictated by the bankruptcy court timing. IOM had to make a statement because the court record and Syquest news articles would be released, on a schedule not of IOM's making. Since this did constitute an item of material significance to the IOM stockholders IOM had to make a public statement of the news. JMHO
