What do you folks think about a Vantis spin-off?

It looks like AMD is getting ready to spin-off Vantis, at least according to the latest news from AMD. This should provide quite a bit of money to pay off the large amount of debt AMD has. How else could AMD benefit from spinning-off Vantis?

Re: "The last 12 out of 15 messages are from you and Paul. You cretins don't realize that this is the best indication that the AMD K6-2 is and WILL BE the biggest fishbone in Intel's throat. No matter what your asses are saying, there is no way to remove it. "

Ali, if you don't have anything constructive to say (as usual) then don't say anything.

Ail - Re: " the AMD K6-2 is and WILL BE the biggest fishbone in
Intel's throat."

Sure Ail, Sure.

Sound like all dem fishbones dun got stuck in Jerry's throat.

$22 million profit on 5.5 million CPUs.

But if AMD can just DOUBLE PRODUCTION with another $1.5 BILLION FAB, they can get up to $44 million/profit/quarter.

Hey - screwdriver man - can you compute Return On Investment ?

Do it !

Paul

Ali , re. the last 12 messages are from you
just ignore his posts and the list is much shorter .
You can also do what I do , post some point that you know he is going to reply on then just reset his message . That way it keeps him busy posting to himself .
regards , Brian
