Hi H Peterson Now if wily or somebody could explain to me how I can download those spreed sheets, I would be happy to send them to you. Open the Excel spread sheet you want to send, click File, Send To, and then Mail Recipient.....Hmmmm, that is on Win95, I just remembered you said you were using Win 3.1; is that right? I don't know what kind of e-mail program you have, I'm using Outlook and there is an Insert option that I can click on then browse to the file I want to insert and send. Can you find that option anywhere on your e-mail menu? Lou
