Merrit, Chiro is not being acquired by ZEN - they simply have a deal for Chirocaine, thrown into doubt by the potential Zeneca/Astra merger. I bought a little on the weakness surrounding this issue. The FDA advisory committee on Chirocaine was not as good as Chiro's press release would have you believe - I don't think they will get a significantly improved label - not enough data. Chiro and CELG get to squabble about chiral Ritalin, which I believe will be a significant drug. Peter
