According to Business Week's latest issue(1/25/99) the FDA has taken the unusual step of asking Pfizers CEO Steere to come in personally to discuss "a broad range of problems related to Pfizer drug products" Goes on to say the FDA has already warned PFE about violating certain marketing rules. Main trigger of the request is that Pfe failed to tell the FDA that their antibiotic Trovan won't work with certain saline solutions. I tried to find the article on the B.W. site but was unable.
