Yes, you inferred correctly. As for denial, since I've yet to be served, there's nothing to deny. Spidey, Pinto et al have been hinting about a lawsuit since last October. As anyone can sue anyone else for anything they want, and as Sylver has sued or been sued by just about everyone with whom he's ever done business, why should I, Janice, Bill, Tonto, etc. be any different?
