This reminds me of when Rare Medium, a privately held website building company merged with ICC Technologies, a public company that specialized in air conditioning systems. They changed their name to Rare Medium Group [RRRR] and sold off the air conditioning business. Apparently, merging with a company that's already public is simpler in some ways than doing an ipo. I made good money buying into that merger at around 2 and getting out around 5.

ImaginOn seems to have more hype potential than Rare Medium. I just finished playing around with WebZinger 5.1 and it seems kind of nifty but still needs work. I look forward to Monday night's release of 6.0.

I bought 1000 shares at 3 3/4 on Friday with the intent to jump out fast Tuesday morning, but the more I learn the more potential I see with this company. Could be an interesting ride.
