Lawrence, just my two cents worth on NDB. I have NDB and Waterhouse, each specifically for internet trades only. I will be liquidating my Waterhouse accounts and moving all to NDB based on this past week. Waterhouse has been bashed lately, and justfully so. I could not get in Friday and I tried about 15 times throughout the day. I never had a problem with NDB during the same time period, plus NDB has been and is continuing to upgrade their web site. I also do not like Waterhouse's 5000 limit on BB stocks, whereas NDB is unlimited. I can't speak to the phone issue, because I haven't called a broker in 4 years. But for my money, it's NDB. Bill
