Rusty in all the years I've know teevee he has never got up
before noon. That is what the hate most in Vancouver.

A fair answer to your question is Ekati laid the groundwork
for any future developments in the north. No one can get
better or worse treatment under the established guidelines
and nobody can be forced to reinvent the wheel.

As a WSP thread lurker, I would like to thank the contributors over the weekend who have added mature, descriptive, and informative posts and questions(You know who you are). Its good to see this thread returning to the useful forum it once was, rather than the grade three recess it has become over the last few weeks. Thanks again, and cheers to a happy and LONG six months to come for all WSP holders.
