Patience will soon be rewarded. Now is not the time to "bail"! The write-downs and write-offs largely occurred during the "transition period" recently reported i.e., much of the operating loss is non-recurring. We will soon see the first full effect of the Republic acquisition, not to mention continued internal growth.

The Mac's acquisition will be finalized this month and another acquisition announced the second quarter,IMO
