"What Canadians can afford to buy American products, from American e-commerce companies paying in US dollars..." How about: "Most Canadians could afford buying Canadian or American products from American e-commerce companies paying in CDN dollars if they set up shop up north." "now that's one big edge for Canadian e-commerce companies!!!!" If the above came true, how about: "now that's one big disadvantage for Canadian e-commerce companies!!!!" Has any of this every crossed your mind donkeyman? Other major US retailers have done it, why is this any different? Look at both sides of the issue versus all your HYPING.
