NAVR could also be a lot cheaper if they drag their feet into February on pulling the IPO together. theyll be foolish if they do, but after July and November's false alarms, this stock deserves to be evaluated on what they actually do. i think theyve tapped out their long-term rumor price for the moment, and they need to announce the filing soon, or we may see 11-13 again. on the other hand, NAVR will be a great play when they get the ipo in gear, and ill be buying for about the umpteenth time at that point! good luck.
