I don't recall seeing it mentioned.

There is an auditor listed for the All-Tech IPO that failed last May, and there is one listed in the NHLT 10-K, I believe, but I have never seen a mention except by jdcpa that he has talked to people that have seen the numbers and while he can't share them they are great and everyone should buy more shares. So I suppose that there is one some where. I doubt one will be announced though while they are hiding out on the financial condition of the company though.

Interesting article from Newsday posted over on the Bull about day trading. There was an excerpt at the end that about All-Tech even.

Massachusetts regulators late last year filed similar complaints against three day trading firms for allegedly using deceptive advertising that overstated possible profits and played down the risks of day trading. The complaints against Massachusetts offices of Las Vegas-based Bright Trading, All-Tech Investment Group Inc. based in Montvale, N.J., and the now-defunct Block Trading of Houston are pending.

Very complimentary. They seem to be quite compatible with the PRWT management team, I would guess. They must have been turning people away at the door as well.
