IMON -- Does anyone know anything about the Shaar Fund, Ltd., run by Samuel Levinson from Apt. 4f, 62 King George Street, Jerusalem, Israel? Shaar Fund put just over $1m into IMON some time back and -- if I'm reading the latest SEC filing correctly -- could have converted the preferred stock it bought with that money into 1.6 million shares of IMON as of Jan. 11, when the shares were registered for sale.

So, let's say Shaar Fund cashed in Friday at an average price of $5/shr, that would have turned a $1m investment into $7.9m.
