re: IMON

edgar-online.com
<< The number of shares of Common Stock estimated to be issuable upon
conversion of each of the 1,050 shares of Series B Preferred and 1,030 Shares of
Series C Preferred, and the consequent number of shares of Common Stock
available for resale under this Prospectus, is based upon a conversion ratio
which is $1,000 divided by 65% of the closing bid price of the Common Stock on
NASDAQ averaged over the five trading days immediately prior to the date of
conversion. >>

Wouldn't it benefit the company more by keeping the price up during conversion, thereby diluting the stock less? If the stock was trading at $1, there would be dilution by 4.6mln shares, now it's greatly less. Doesn't seem possible for much of a squeeze one way or another, but this might be one that is better shorted in stages next week. Friday was day one.

Anthony,

Enjoy your thread....How does one go about naked shorting a OTC-BB stock through Canada?

Just trying to learn.
