Dividends sound good on the surface, but this only means the company has no other immediate use for the funds. What happens from the tax perspective is that YF first pays taxes on the funds and when we receive them, we have to claim them. The government benefits, we do by receiving them, but the better deal is to reinvest and adopt a strategy of growth.
