If you agree with the rights of recognized individuals as being above the State, then how can you condone adult women American citizens being stripped of one of their inherent rights?

And no, adopting the posture that the individual is supreme to the State does not make you a threat... It makes you an American.

Then what's so bad about legalizing drugs? I for one am mighty peeved at the Gov't for presuming to tell me what I can do with my own body.

What should be illegal is doing dumb stuff on drugs, like driving or entertaining kids. Like current alcohol law - regulate the consequences, not the consumption. Jmho
