SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1997--Active Voice Corp.
(NASDAQ:ACVC), a world leader in PC-based voice processing systems
and a pioneer in developing Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI)
solutions, announced that three of its CTI products have been cited
for excellence by industry analysts.
Teleconnect magazine named both ViewMail(R) for Microsoft(R)
Messaging and PhoneMax(R) as its Editor's Choice. TeLANophy(R),

magazine's Platinum Editor's Choice Award.
ViewMail for Microsoft Messaging is the unified messaging package

PhoneMax is a personal call management solution that allows users
to control inbound and outbound calls from the desktop PC. And with
PhoneBASIC, a Visual-Basic-based scripting language, individual users
can customize PhoneMax to work with applications, such as Microsoft
Office '97, that they use every day.
TeLANophy's integration of the telephone system and PC network
has been acclaimed by industry experts since its introduction in
1994. As Computer-Telephony Integration takes center stage in the
world of business communications, TeLANophy continues to receive high
praise as a leader in the field.
"We are delighted to receive these new awards," stated Douglass
S. Anderson, Active Voice vice president of sales and marketing.

Is anybody home???

Hi Robert:

Listen, it seems like everyone has gone fishing,eh? I remember Mr.Sam also from my SFAM investment days, not unlike you I got out at $36.00 as well. So what y'all think about this company as I am here to learn from the 'old hands' of this stock. I hope someone will show up soon.

Also, like to hear what you think about this piece of news and it's implications. Thanks in advance.
