Is there a "you" in that post at all ? I tried to find it but may have overlooked...anyway. Not important. Choices are important, as are state regulations. Both can have extremes. Or we can have a case by case basis. In all these scenarios, there is scope for abuse of rights. Its not as easy as one thinks it may be. To take a firm position is not correct for me..... And I'm not at all coming from a religious perspective. On the continuum between a religious zealot and an atheist, I would find myself leaning towards the latter. these are my personal views for what they are worth.
