He can say its to pay off his $400mil in junk bonds and you and Wall Street, should love it, because there're still lots of sceptics who question his ability to ever pay this junk off. Outside of a little dilution, sounds like a good plan. Don't you think?

Is the date of Q4 results the 26th? Might be a run-up on the stock price till then. tonyt, After close of market on the 26th. Might be some other announcements then: - Another stock split (possible, though not likely) - More products (software, etc) - Selling of Web Advertising (this is, IMO, another trick up Bezo's sleeve, although I don't expect an announcement till Q1) I am watching from the sidelines. I do not trust any part of this operation. I would rather buy YHOO long after a pull back. Maybe CSCO, LU, etc. Glenn
