I got a test message also. So I called to see what was up with old Dave D. He said that NPEC was going forward with there building the business plans started back in 98' The news we have from the past states what the plan intails. So much for that crap. I asked Dave to find out the conversion of the stock with MIDN and beeing NPEC is the largest share holder in MDIN it seems that we should know how the pfrd issue would work. I was understanding that we held common and some pfrd stock in MDIN. So I want him to talk with Mr.L. Price and get me an answer as to how it works.. I must have sounded a little P.O. over this deal as he told me that he would call Mr. Price over the weekend and see what was going to take place on that issue and provide me with the facts as I asked.
