This is an excerpt from the Korner Report from the previous message you posted . . .

- Internet stocks — and the frenzy surrounding them — signal a peak in the 'Netizen craze and a future downfall for the industry? Assuming the Internet joins the lexicon of American inventions, and isn't just a fad, some think most of the money may have already been made.

- “Investors [in Internet stocks] are not out there buying Amazon.com because they can make a case for sound fundamentals of the companies, most of which are losing money. It could end badly at some point,” says Aaron.

I do not agree with some of what has been stated.

I wholeheartedly believe that the money that has already been made on the internet is just a drop in the bucket. We ain't seen nothing yet folks. The Internet is here to stay, and it is growing exponentially - but it is still a very, very, young child. As it grows and matures, it will strengthen the good companies who embrace it and use it to their advantage, and it will quickly end the growth of others who ignore it or put whose business model is not sound or one dimensional.

With respect to the second point, I want to again refer to my earlier analogy that given this reasoning, why would any prospector ever set out to look for deposits of valuable minerals. It doesn't make sense. It costs money - so why do it. Yes, some of the prospectors die broke, but others who do their research, who are well equipped and willing to work with others - can and do succeed. This time of our lives it seems to me to be like a modern day gold rush. I am doing my homework, I have surveyed the land, and I am putting my shovel in the ground. I might not make it, but I've done what I can it improve my chances.

I agree that those who fail to study history are doomed to repeat it. However, at the same time that we learn from the mistakes and successes of the past, we should also look to the other factors that are here now that weren't present in back in 27. Yes in some ways, this RCA example will reflect some of the existing stocks that are currently on the market. However, the trick is to determine why it happened, and which companies have the foresight and leadership to be diversified enough to ride out any correction.

I say again that I believe that Bid.com's diversified business model is one of the reasons why I am willing to ride this stock to see how far it will go.

I would also like to know who the companies are that are involved in the business to business loop. I want to study them a little more closely as I feel that these are companies who have people within their management ranks who are actively seeking out ways to reduce their costs of doing business. This to me could be a good indicator of a well managed business. We might find some interesting stories and opportunities from this list. If anyone has this list, could you please post it.

Thank you.
