Probably about 1/10th of that forecast by the RMBS zealots. :-)

However, memory test will do well due to the extraordinary bit growth rate being witnessed there; higher speed chips in addition to the RDRAM such as SLDRAM, DDR SDRAM and others.

As feature sizes shrink, yield management folk should do very well whether it's the chip repair guys or the Inspection and measurement guys. Backend packaging, I suspect, will depend more on increased numbers of chips rather than increased numbers of bits.
