Doctors are always making decisions in matters of disability cases.Doctors tell us if a child has been abused if physical evidence is present in rape cases. It would seem to me that we could easily have a doctor spell it out exactly what the danger was. Perhaps a second opinion would be required. This could be worked out if this was the only objection.
