I agree with your assessment regarding the likelihood of a takeover.

I think the drug with have limited utility and limited demand. It appears that SGP has had a very difficult time seeding the Mexican market with demand, but Mexico is very different from the US.

Unfortunately so many of the analysts are totally ignorant and do accept the ZONA hype as truth. That's how a lot of scams succeed. The same analyst who swallowed this nonsense about no cardiovascular side effects will forget he ever said it when he downgrades ZONA later.
