You need to address the problem of PRWT having more than 750 million shares and the fact that there is a good possibility that they are printing more shares to meet expenses since revenue status is one of Pan Am's best kept secrets. That 10Q would sure be nice and also if JOHNNY could put out via news wire that there will be no REVERSE SPLIT. THOUGHTS PS IMO, A REVERSE SPLIT IS INVITABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CONSIDER THE MAJOR PROBLEMS THAT PAN AM HAS WITH THE REVERSE MERGER DEAL!
