On the subject, Clarence, I thought I'd mention the new Mitsubishi DP900u Diamondtron monitor, $650 from buycomp new. This was the editor's choice in the recent PC Mag look at new monitors:

There are many things I like about this monitor. The most innovative, though, is the way it lets you easily switch between two computers: not only does it have a good 15-pin/BNC switch, but its built-in USB hub is set to let your keyboard and monitor switch as well.

Would welcome thoughts from the thread on this.
