Sure. They just can't use that cash to pay off their junk bond debt. It's a standard clause in most junk bond offerings intended to protect
the holders from dilution.

But then again, it is my opinion that Bezos and the rest of the gang never had any intention of repaying that debt- Bezos and the rest of the insiders will be retired to the cayman islands before that debt ever comes due.

(It's also my opinion that Amazon was never intended to be a profitable business, merely a profitable stock.)
